Whether the received power you've calculated is "good" or "bad" is dependent on the receiver's sensitivity level (will probably be specified - lower is better) which you want to be above by at least 3dB.
The Receive (RX) Sensitivity will probably be in dBm (something like -80 to -120 dBm). If your calculated power is 1.509e-9 mW or -88.2 dBm, you're going to need an RX Sensitivity of ~ -91.2 dBm or lower. |
