Are Antenna Design positions usually reserved for those with Graduate Degrees? I'm an EE in the RF Group at my company, and I'm looking for Antenna Design positions, but I've noticed that most of these are withheld for those with Graduate Degrees (Master's, but mostly PhDs). If so, how can I put myself into the best position to get an Antenna Design position with only my Undergrad (if at all possible)?

go talk with the antenna guys, have lunch with them, get involved. even a degree in antenna engineering doesn't guarantee much. you have to make opportunities happen sometimes

It depends on where you want to work in the antenna industry. I currently design and build antennas with only my undergraduate degree in electrical engineering. However one of the jobs I applied for was out in Denver (Ball Aerospace) and it required a graduate level education. They also required security clearance for some positions (not the one I applied for, but others).
