I read the introduction of the diversity antenna design in the following page:http://www.antenna-theory.com/design/diversity.php
And I have some questions, could you please answer for me? Thanks in advance!
"The diversity TIS must be within 3 dB of the primary cellular antenna TIS".
1)IF the diversity TIS is -105dBm, the primary antenna TIS is -106dBm, does this mean the Total antenna TIS better than -106?
2)IF the diversity TIS is -100dBm, the primary antenna TIS is -106dBm, does this mean the diversity antenna takes no effect, the Total antenna TIS is still -106dBm?
3)IF the diversity TIS is -106dBm, the primary antenna TIS is -100dBm, does this mean the primary antenna takes no effect, the Total antenna TIS =the Diversity antenna TIS?
Are these correct? Or there are some mathematical analysis in explanning these questions? |
