I have read that Mutual coupling helps to reduce the correlation in Antenna theory. So in MIMO I am trying to apply the same by multiplying the Channel transfer matrix with the coupling matrix. But I am not getting right results----that should be better performance as correlation decreases due to mutual coupling.
Could you please guide me how I can prove this by doing simulations? How I can get Coupling matrix/S-parameters without using RF simulators i.e.- CST,FEKO,HFSS.

That doesn't make any sense. Why would increased mutual coupling of antennas decrease their correlation? It would increase it. You must think about what you are doing
