I am curious to know if a balun or un-un (e.g. a 1:4 ruthroff un-un) can be represented by s-parameters or z-parameters. I am modelling an antenna that includes a 1:4 un-un in an electromagnetic modelling package and was wondering if I could represent an ideal 1:4 un-un as a two port network.

Greatly appreciate any assistance.
