Hey, I'm implementing the design of the following IEEE paper :Miniaturization of Microstrip Antennas by the Novel Application of the Giuseppe Peano Fractal Geometries.
But I'm not able to understand and decide how to implement the Giuseppe Peano fractal and divide the sides, the teeth length, its width and all. If somebody can help me with this it would be a great help.

Thanks in advance.
