I need to know how the current distribution on any patch with any random shape helps to derive conclusion about the operating frequency.

If at a specific frequency, the current distribution is high on one specific side of the patch, what can be concluded?

Also, is there any material/ papers that can help me understand this relation between current distribution on a patch and its operating frequency?

Please provide paper titles or links. I'm a member of IEEE, so even if you provide a link to the paper, I can access it with my membership.
