Hello,
Somewhere I have read that it is possible to construct a biquad element using I believe, a quarter wavelength dimension that would receive a cell phone signal. It would work for a certain species of phone, perhaps not all. I made one for a 2.4 ghz wi-fi that works fine. Do some cell phone operate at 800 MHz ? |

| Cell phones today operate as low as 700 MHz for the newer LTE bands. Typically there is a low band (somewhere between 700 and 960 MHz) and a highband (somewhere between 1710 and 2690 MHz) |
