trying to calculate the Pr(d) from friis, given the power of the base station in Watts and the loss of the power system in db, what should i do to work on watts?

If you haven't already, read this page:
http://www.antenna-theory.com/definitions/decibels.php

You can either convert Pr(d) from Watts to dB and then add/subtract them:
Pr(d) [dB] = 10*log10( Pr(d) )

Or you can convert your System Loss (SL [dB]) to linear and multiply them:

SL = 10^( SL[dB] / 10 )

It's not super complicated.
