| I have set up a experiment that uses a Signal generator to emit frequency through a dipole antenna of length 66 cm (33 cm on each side). Then I have a monopole receiver antenna hooked up to a spectrum analyzer that reads the received signal. Is there a way that I can find the antenna's resonant frequency using this setup? If not, is there a way that I can modify this experiment to find resonant frequency? |

| That's a little nonconventional for measuring an antenna. But possibly you could rig up an experiment where you vary the frequency on the signal generator and record where the power output is maximum on your network analyzer? You could use the same antenna on the spectrum analyzer (if you have 2). |

Thanks, Schubert. I can always count on you. We figured it out, and the data was surprisingly accurate! |
