hello
please why:
in patch antenna , when we remove (isolate) the ground plane , it happens:
1/-the antenna is wideband
2/-the radiation resistance increases
and when we increase the width of the metal strip we have ohmic resistance decrease and bandwidth increase...

sorry...
I meant to say:
Remove (not totaly) Plan...
i know that if it is removed (totaly) its equivalent to dipole!
