Hello,

what's is the use of near field scanner?
is having the spectrum analyser enough in doing radiation pattern measurement?

Near field scanners help to determine areas of high field strength close to the antenna. This is useful for EMC and in finding noise sources, amongst other things.

A spectrum analyzer is sufficient for measuring power, although a power meter will also suffice.
