typo on S-Parameters?

If S11=-10 dB, this implies that if 3 dB of power is delivered to the antenna, -7 dB is the reflected power.

I think this should be 3 dBm with -7 dBm returned.

Power can be measured in dB (meaning dBW) or dBm
