Hi

I have build board with rf transceiver (power 25db) with ipex connector. But with antenna communication range is only 100m from promissed 20km.
I think that antenna trace is incorrect.
I try to simulate that trace with ADS software, but is showing s11=-20db and s21=-0.06db.

This is my first simulation in that software.
Can you tell me is my plan to simulate trace is good?
If not please write how to simulate that problems?

There are lot of free trace simulation websites. just google it. here is one link:

You just select the type of trace you want to build. then give the parameters it needs and you will get the dimensions of your trace.
