if I want to design a patch antenna which works a resonant frequency fr1
and when I do the notch toward the center of the patch to realize the adaptation , it will change the resonant frequency fr1 to fr2 ,and Maybe I'm no longer has the resonance , so how do i?
thank u very much |

in balanis he say" However,
the inset feed introduces a physical notch, which in turn introduces a junction
capacitance. The physical notch and its corresponding junction capacitance influence slightly the resonance frequency, which typically may vary by about 1%."
is that inevitable this changment?
is that resonance always remain? |
