How to design a dual band on chip antenna small DRA for 2.4ghz 5.8ghz ?

All the rules of antenna design apply to on-chip packages. Typically mm wave chipsets (60GHz) have patch antennas embedded on top of the packages. I don't see an on chip antenna being very practical for 2.4GHz given the wavelength.
