I have a rich scaterring envirment (20 scaterrers) between a source node S and a destination D. I want to determine the elevation and azimuth angles of departure . Knowing that the angle spread is AS=90° and the elevation angles of multipath components are uniformly distributed over the range [ AS-MEOD,AS+MEOD] and the azimuth angles also are uniformly distributed over the range [ AS-MAOD,AS+MAOD] with

MEOD:Mean Angle of Departure in Elevation
MAOD:Mean Angle of Departure in Azimuth
