hey
i am new in designing antenna. i design Rectangular Microstrip (Patch) Antennas at 900MHz but i have problem with size.any one has idea to help me to decrease the size or anther type of antenna easy to get small size

You can use a high-dielectric substrate. That is, if you increase the substrate from epsilon=1 to epsilon=4, the size required would be half.
If you have a ground plane that is already a half-wavelength in size, you can shrink the patch to a quarter-wavelength using the PIFA design:
