Hi,
from this article I concluded that active measurements are used for measure TRP and TIS, but passive measurements are measure of what???

You use passive measurements to get the antenna's radiation pattern, efficiency, polarization and gain.

Passive measurements are simpler, cheaper and quicker than TIS and TRP. They only require a VNA and all frequencies can be done in a single measurement. TIS and TRP require a call box (for cellular) or wifi analyzer, and each frequency has to be measured individually.
