Hello,

I would like to ask, if the power supply voltage does/does not influence the signal strength of my transmission? I am using PIC12LF1840T39A, and would like to have a stronger signal coming out.
Since the two control lines are CMOS type, i could use 12V instead of the PIC-s power supply (3V), but i'm not sure if that would help me in any way.
Does anyone know?

Thanks,

I've found that there is a slight dependence on supply voltage to power amplification. You should look up the allowable supply voltage for your amp in the spec sheet. If it says 2.7-3.3, you should stay in that range. You might get 1 dB more at 3.3 V relative to 2.7 V, but it really depends on exactly what you are using. If you take it up to 12 V, you may fry your transistors. So i f you're looking to increase the gain by a factor of 10, unless the amplifier is designed for that it is not going to do what you expect.

As per bigSteve check the supply voltage specification of amp. And also consider designed antenna or antenna requirements.
