| I need materials on coplanar fed rectangular patch antenna. I also need material on how to match antenna with diode. Also To calculate the impedance(real) of a diode in parallell. |

| Why would you want to impedance match a patch antenna with a diode? That doesn't make much sense. |

The diodes are to be connected in parallel with the antenna so that the antenna impedance and that of diode will match. Thats the target.
Let's say diode impedance is 135Megaohms and antenna is 120ohms. We want to match both together for maximum power transfer. |
