My application is to transmit the data using RF to 6KM over 360 degree in space as isotropic antenna does theoretically but can any one suggest me a antenna which can be support my application practically.
BAND WIDTH : 1710-1880MHZ
GAIN:8dbi

Your requirements are a little contradictory. First, if you have an isotropic antenna, the maximum gain is 0 dBi (and that is with 100% antenna efficiency). Antenna gain arises when you allow the pattern to be more directive, so that energy is focused (the opposite of isotropy).

For the mentioned bandwidth, I would use a simple half-wave dipole antenna
http://www.antenna-theory.com/antennas/halfwave.php
which has low directivity (2.15 dB - about as low as you can hope) and can cover the bandwidth you are interested in.

As for whether you can cover 6km at that frequency, you will want to look at Friis Pathloss equation to determine/estimate your power link budget:

Hello..
I am facing some problem with the installation of TV antenna. Me and my neighbors want to use the same network but don't have nay idea how it will work for us as there are two TV. I hope you understand my problem. Waiting for the reply.
